NSC Physician Speakers Bureau

One in four Americans has been directly impacted by the opioid overdose epidemic. Opioid overdose deaths have increased each year since 1999, eclipsing motor vehicle crashes and becoming the No. 1 cause of preventable death. In order to reduce opioid overdoses, we must address all those who are involved in this complex crisis.

Prescribers are a critical part of the solution. That is why National Safety Council has made available the Physician Speakers Bureau as a part of the NSC speaking team. The NSC Physician Speakers Bureau is composed of medical experts who specifically address opioid dependence, addiction and treatment. Their focus is on providing prescriber education. They are:

The medical experts on the Physician Speakers Bureau provide education on:
